Founded in 1987, the National Biscuits and Confectionery Company was established in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as a joint venture between Hayel Saeed Anam Group and Saudi partners. The company started production with one production line which soon developed and increased to 15 production lines with a workforce of 1000 workers.
