Pacific Oils & Fats Industries Sdn. Bhd. (Pacoil) was established in the year 2002 and is one of the largest edible oil refineries located in the southern part of Malaysia. PACOIL systems are certified by ISO9001(Quality System), ISO14001(Environmental System), Halal (JAKIM), HACCP (Food Safety), MESTI, GMP, MY FOOD TAG, MSPO (MB), RSPO (MB & SG), ISCC, KOSHER and FDA (USA Food & Drug Administration.

- Dry Fractionation: 1600 MT/Day
- Neutralization Plant: 300 MT/Day
- FMCG Packaging Plant: 600 MT/Day
Quality Control Assurance
PACOIL quality control systems have been specifically designed to meet customer needs and requirements. We are committed to providing the best quality products to meet International Standards, with the use of ‘High-Tech’ instruments such as GCMS machine for checking the 3-MCPD & GE of the finished product along with nitrogen evaporator, centrifuge, vortex, ultrasonic cleaner bath, and chloride analyzer instrument for checking the chloride contents.
FMCG Filling Capacities
We have filling & packing machineries and can fill the oil in different packings with a combined capacity of 600 Metric Tonnes per day. The packaging sizes are appended below:
- 1L to 25L filled & packed in Bottles/Tins/Jerrycans
- 1Kg filled & packed in Pillow Pouch
- 18kg to 20kg filled & packed in Bag-in-box (BIB)
- 185kg to 198kg filled & packed in Metal/ Plastic drums
- 21,000kg filled in Flexi-bags/ISO tanks
Bulking Installation
Our Bulking Installation (Terminal) is located inside Johor Port Pasir Gudang. The terminal has 86 calibrated Storage tanks with a total capacity of 253,750 Metric Tonnes and we provide Nitrogen Blanketing facilities. Our storage tank’s capacity ranges from 750 up to 7000 metric tons per tank. Our tanks are Mild-Steel Coated tanks & Stainless-Steel tanks equipped with Agitators/Stirrers to ensure that the oil stored at our Terminal is well homogenized before delivery to the customers. PACOIL Bulking Installation is having two separate jetties with ten export pipelines and can load/discharge up to five ships at one point of time with multiple products.
