Innovative Efficient Solutions (IES) is a subsidiary of The Hayel Saeed Anam & Co. (HSA) Group of Companies. The company was founded and established in the UK in 2019 and soon after expanded and established its second presence (and current headquarters) in UAE as IES DMCC.

IES is a renewable energy company dedicated to producing alternative energy & water solutions predominantly for the commercial and industrial sectors. Promoting useful long-term solutions to energy and water needs to communities. The MENA markets are served through the Dubai office while the European market is catered to via the London office. Ruya Energy, being an affiliate company of IES, is the local entity within Yemen catering to the local market needs.

The above consortium of companies works within three key areas:

• Clean Power Generation
• Providing Water Solutions

Examples of current and previous projects include solar-roof-top projects, solar-thermal installations, waste heat recovery, water treatment plants, and solar water pumps.
