The Group’s industrial activity began in 1970 with the setting up of two production lines for biscuits and confectionery in the Yemen Company for Industry & Commerce, which was the first industrial company owned by the private sector in Yemen, thus the story began.
Our industrial plants adopt state-of-the-art technology and modern technical and administrative systems, supported by the best international quality certificates such as ISO certification for quality control systems, health and safety, environmental protection, information technology etc. Eventually, these practices supported our roadmap toward excellence and the penetration of global markets.
The Group’s industrial arm in Yemen, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Indonesia, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, Angola, Ghana, Senegal and others are considered as a host of top-notch products, most of them being valued brands that are in everyday use.
